The childhood botanical herbarium, long lost in the meaningless pile of things, inspired a series of paintings – Herbarium of senses. It’s a collection of personal emotional experiences and observation of nature that led to countless textures, rhythms, line combinations and colors.
The rapid pace of life and the infinite amount of information and images suppresses perception and prevents us from stopping and focusing on what is important. With these paintings, the author invites the viewer to take a break and introspect, because it is too easy to lose yourself.
