Glass sculpture
In the amphora, the artist searches for a sense of wholeness and completion, shaping a form that evokes an urn or a vessel for something precious. The work is created in glass using various techniques, including fusing, mosaic and glass blowing. Parts of the material consist of fragments from earlier experiments and broken works, which are brought together into a new, unified meaning.
