Kristiāna Poce graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia with a Bachelor’s degree in painting in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in the same field. Her creative journey is inspired by the contrast between the raw nature of human emotions and the rapid advancements in technology. By blending traditional painting techniques with digital tools, she seeks to create an artistic connection that captures human experiences through the cold, calculated lens of technology. Kristiāna has participated in several group-exhibitions, such as ''Becoming'' and ''True Mirror'' in M/Gallery, and ''Corpora Diversa'' at the RSU Anatomy Museum in Riga. During her studies she took part in the ERASMUS+ programme to study painting in the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland, which inspired the artist to seek new ways of expanding her artistic expression.
