Washing the paintings I, 2016

100 x 100 cm

Used materials: acrylic, sugar, water on wood.

This abstract set of paintings consists of 14 different pieces that simplify the coloring and add unusual materials in the techniques of painting. The current materials were sugar and washing powder. The paintings were made with the “washing” method. I used a cloth instead of a brush, to scatter the paint with water even more. The aim was to mock the “housewife” products and use them for painting. The result was a multi-layered and wide range of abstract works.
