The artwork is part of a series that represents a sarcastic study of the tourism offer in Latvia. The three gold-plated stars on top of the Liberty monument: Do they symbolize regions or refer to rating estimates? Ironic contradictions, which hypothetical tourist stumbles upon during his stay in Latvia, are explored and evaluated using conventional rating system-stars.
