These are large, luminous stands, that, perhaps, could be promoting something, but actually they‘re not communicating any message (at least not directly). Bright and artificial light is creating subtile light effects on the viewer. Combination of red and blue colors allow the viewer to feel and experience the lighting effects, commonly used in Neo-Noir movies. So, in a way, these stands let the viewer to empathize with the possible main character of the imaginary (made up in a moment) movie.
