oil on canvas As my masters thesis work I presented four paintings in which I continue working with photographs of plants. I use images of plants as a way of depicting something living but at the same time passive, still, needing care. Key aspects of the work are ways of seeing, reproducing and using images. The constant closeness and withdrawal are also present in my work. The work has been on view in the Kuvan kevät exhibition in Helsinki during autumn 2020. In Päivi & Paavo Lipponen Foundation Collection.
