Belliisi Seenemaa is an artist and art teacher. Belliisi has studied decoration-styling at Tartu Art School and textile at Tartu Pallas Art College. She has advanced her skills in combining e-textiles and technologies in Berlin, studied archaic leather techniques in France, and traditional processing of plant fibers and dyes in Estonia. In previous years, her interests have been symbolism, ritual themes and objects. In recent years, however, her work has focused on nature and natural resources, nostalgia and experimentation with pigments and minerals.
