Evi Tihemets

Eve Tihemets (born 1932 in Tapa) is a graphic artist who has worked with a wide variety of different techniques. She has created small prints as well as portraits and monumental art, illustrated books, depicted both nature and industrial landscapes. Tihemets graduated from the State Art Institute of the Estonian SSR in 1958 and has thereafter worked as a freelance artist. She has been awarded the Wiiralt art prize (2011) and Kristjan Raud prize (1992, 2013).
