Lauda Gallery
Lauda Gallery is a unique art space founded in 2022 at Tammuri Farm near Otepää. Created by the farm's owner Erki and his daughter, artist Mia Melanie Saar, the gallery is located in a historic livestock building over 120 years old. Instead of a classic white cube, visitors are welcomed by an authentic farm atmosphere where the exhibition spaces are named after the building's historical use.
The gallery's first hall, Manala, is dedicated to Erki's personal art collection, featuring mainly Estonian artists who have already passed away. The former Heinaküün showcases the vibrant work of the gallery's curator, Mia Melanie Saar. The third room, Küülikukoda, serves as a dynamic project space where rotating exhibitions introduce the fresh creations of young Estonian artists.
Lauda Gallery offers a chance to escape the city rush, breathe the fresh country air, and let the works on the historic walls speak to you. Our goal is to promote young art and provide a platform for self-expression, serving as a springboard for creators who are still finding their place and voice.
We welcome art enthusiasts to visit Lauda Gallery at their convenience by prior arrangement. The gallery is also always open to all guests of Tammuri Farm Restaurant, offering a soulful visual experience alongside a dining journey.
