Creating this work, I have used multi layering. A moment captured in Vatican, when a seagull rises from the Saint’s figures head. It creates a figure of a crowned man above the majestic sky. The central focus, a round halo around the so-called holy man and the sky as a symbol of hope, freedom and future perspective. The precise moment captured of the takeoff—is this a divine touch or a joke. The piece is framed. The size of the work is 25×48 cm, black metal frame 40×63 cm, museumglass.
