Japanese tea bowl and Western cup handles have been chosen for implementation of the idea as the symbols of spirituality and whims respectively. Handles designed for more comfortable raising of a cup serve as a confrontation to crude, ascetic bowls. Handles moulded as an example of mass production are deprived of originality and represent an absolute opposition to the asymmetric hand-made bowls. In some way their contraposition represents the striving to come to peace with the internal spiritual entity and various unfounded expectations and illusions stemming from the restless, unknowable mind.
