Ceramics, author’s techniques, various firings

This work describes the flow of time on earth, and the transience of human and cultural consequences in nature. The black rectangle represents the earth’s crust cut. Formed like columns, pop-textured ceramic cylinders emerge – the consequences of human intervention which eventually are swallowed up and destroyed by nature. Dark sunken composition with spotlight creates mystical puzzle and claims to be something special, different, undiscovered. Composition whispers about failure to disclose the secret – processes are too long for a short shine of human existence.
