Earsteam discusses the relations between privacy and public space within the boundaries of the sound territory. It is difficult for the Law to mark the controllable sound landscape and to determine who is disturbing, and who is disturbed
on their respective sound territory. Most spaces in our environment could be measured but not the sound space. Therefor the noise that is termed as an unwanted sound becomes a questionable phenomenon. Earsteam reflects thoughts concerning noise as a source of information, pitting it against environmental pollution.
