Sänk

Artist is based in: Estonia

Sänk is an Estonian multidisciplinary artist whose creative practice spans painting, graffiti, street art, as well as sound and moving image. His first traces of graffiti appeared in the urban space of Võru as early as 1996. His artistic projects have taken him into a wide range of environments — from the windswept tundra of Russia to the intense heat of the Mexican sun.

Sänk’s work weaves together photorealism, hip-hop culture, and a continuous process of experimentation across different modes of expression.
