Francis Butlers ^{Emerging artist}

Francis Butlers (born 1985) graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia in 2016 with a Master´s Degree in Printmaking/Graphics. His most recent exhibition was in Pärnu Printmaking IN festival where he was representing Latvia.
