Antanas Lučiūnas (1997, Kaunas) finished his sculpture bachelor studies 2016-2020 in Vilnius academy of arts. Lučiūnas is an artist and musician working with different forms of performance, sound and installation. Examining the paradoxical intimacies of digital and physical spaces, popular culture. Interested in the intertwining of low-brow, the mundane and the vernacular as new types of languages in public or the non-places. Lučiūnas has previously performed and shown work at the Contemporary Art Centre in Vilnius, La Casa Encendida in Madrid, Théâtre de l’usine in Geneva, Mimosa House in London. Sonic Acts festival in Amsterdam, Recent solo shows – Water Striders at Editorial project space. Little Lamb, I am tracing, searching and seeking at Lentvaris Lokomotif. Winner of the 2017 Jcdecaux artist prize. 2018 Rupert alternative education alumni.
