Corpus, 2025

100 x 13 cm

Silver 925, elastic thread

Corpus explores the articulation of three facial objects through embodied existence. These works take shape and meaning only through their connection with the human body. In this process, the objects detach from purely material definitions, entering into direct interaction with the corporeal medium and becoming perceived as extensions of the organism—a continuation of the body and its movement. The physical expression of Corpus is grounded in anatomical structure, with dominant internal forms and rhythmic variations essential to the emergence and transformation of corporeal action. Affixed to the facial area, the objects emphasize the origin of human activity and the face as a key site of existential presence. Through human action, the objects are fully embodied.
