From May, 30 to June, 2 the largest contemporary art fair in Eastern Europe - Art Vilnius '19 took place

In the jubilee edition of ArtVilnius participated 65 galleries, 300 artists from 20 countries. The 10th edition ArtVilnius’19 offered a unique opportunity to experience contemporary French art. For the first time in Lithuania’s history, Vilnius welcomed 11 French galleries and a score of French artists.

Traditionally, the best artists and galleries were announced on the opening day of the art fair. 

ArtVilnius’19 best galleries (in alphabetical order): Bubenberg (France), Galerie Eric Mouchet (France), Galerie Thomas Bernard | Cortex Athletico (France), Kogo (Estonia), Māksla XO (Latvia), The Rooster Gallery (Lithuania) and Titanikas. VDA parodų salės (Lithuania).
