After refurbishing the historic building (1 A. Goštauto st) and adapting it to the needs of a museum and the development of cultural tourism, a new division of the Lithuanian National Museum of Art opened its doors in our capital, the Vytautas Kasiulis Museum of Art. Along with the permanent exhibition presenting the collection donated to the country, the museum features a national and international exhibition centre and a multi-functional hall for art education, cultural meetings, and art promotion projects; the museum houses international and local exhibitions, concerts, book presentations, and other cultural events.
