Sara Eliassen - Images [and Talking Back to Them]

A newly produced essayistic film installation in the lower hall, as well as a film and conversation program in the cinema curated by artist, filmmaker and research fellow at KHiO Sara Eliassen (b. 1977, Oslo). The project Images [and Talking Back to Them] deals with image politics and the media's role as agents in collective memory production, and is based on research and documents collected during Eliassen's long-term stay in Mexico City.
