In my artistic work, I use subjects from photographs from residency trips, which I combine with the moods, images and spaces experienced there. Memories later combine with painting or ceramics, and encounters with atmosphere. In my works, I aim for what is left behind, something that I experienced and wanted to return to that memory or mental image. The same spirit is repeated in the ceramics, the figures have a feeling of the four-legged ones they have encountered. Some of the paintings in the exhibition were made in the Salzburg residency in the summer of 2022.
