Wave notations is a series of works, in which I record the rhythm of the sizes of the sea waves. A dot on the upper line marks big wave, one in between medium size, and one on the lower line small wave. Since 2023 I have been making these recordings in different places. The notes are made based on intuitive, concentrated observations in the places. No machines or existing methods of data collection have been used. I explore, what happens in the process of translation when recording the natural phenomena with my own methods or with systems that are not meant for them.
