In order to feed the growing Egyptian population plants and grain are cultivated in this area. Most of the men work far away from their homes and families governed by the sandstorms and the blazing sun. Life in the desert began ages ago and it continues nowadays but with a new context and ambitions. As men continue building their cities in the desert the processes of entropy dissolve them. The heat and the shimmering air generate liquid painterly mirages revealing the vast space covering the desert. The song is about the challenging desert life, it was composed by Sherock Al Alam.
