The small painting series (cycle) consists of five moments captured during travels both at home and abroad. Rather than forming a single narrative, the works depict places and movement—an unfolding journey that may occur in waking life or in dreams.
Some of the images were created from memory, others on site. The motif of Tabitha refers to the Bible and to Renaissance art, which serves as an important source of inspiration for the artist.
