‘Liminal Instruments III’ is a sculptural and live art work, Hunt’s thesis exhibition work for Kuva, 2024. The 17 total cast aluminium pieces combined with two steel structures form the ‘tools’ for a durational performance. The pieces are utilized as materials that bind and choreograph the space between the performer’s bodies. This work constructs sturdy yet flexible structures to conceptually consider how we may perform alternate ways to take space together.
