Akrüülmaal This work is inspried by two things. First in 1938-1939 Estonian artist Eduard Wiiralt visited Marrakesh and created a print called “Berberi girl with camel”, which is one of my favorate black and white graphics in Estonian art history. Secondly in 2022 i had possibility to visit northen part of morocco( bit far away from Marrakesh).Through my experience, based on the vibe and memories of this place, i decided to paint my own bright version of morocco and from encounter with camel. Work has participated in the exhibition ” The Road to Europe” in 2024.
