The Weight of Blue portrays the sea as an emotional and subconscious space — a place where silence, desire, and fear dissolve into a single flowing surface. The abstract seascape becomes an inner landscape in which the longings shaped by contemporary image culture and the invisible pressure of constant visibility are reflected. Here, blue does not evoke lightness, but weight — something both seductive and consuming.
