Tiina Tammetalu (1961) describes herself as an artist with a fluid identity and a cross-media, non-categori- sable practice, working simultaneously across several creative fields, including painting, graphic design, and illustration. She has also curated exhibitions of living classics of Estonian painting. Tammetalu graduated in painting from the Estonian State Art Institute (1989) and completed a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts at the Estonian Academy of Arts (2006). She has participated in numerous exhibitions in Estonia and internationally, and her works are included in many art collections. She is a member of the Estonian Artists’ Association, the Estonian Painters’ Association, the Estonian Graphic Designers’ Association, and the Estonian Watercolour Society.
