Sarah Epping

Artist's country of origin: Estonia

Sarah Epping was born in the United States in 1990 where she completed her undergraduate

degree in the field of Visual Communications. For several years after completing her bachelor’s

degree she lived in various European countries and worked as a designer in Mumbai, India.

Her Phd ‘Narcosis’ was completed at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts Fine Arts in

Wroclaw in 2021. During the past 5 years she has participated in more than 80 international

exhibitions having received honorable mention in two national competitions in 2019 and was

deemed a Laureate of the Jerzy Grotowski Award in Wrocław, Poland. Her works have been

acquired by many museums and private persons, the most notable of which are the China

Printmaking Museum in Guanlin and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Wroclaw, Poland. As

of 2022 she is a member of Eesti Vabagraafikute Ühendus and is working in the field of data

science in Tallinn, Estonia.
