Sandra Strele ^{Emerging artist}

Sandra Strele (born 1991) graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia in 2016 with a Master´s Degree in Painting. She has also spent a term in an exchange program at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerpen. Strele has had several solo exhibitions and she has participated in group exhibitions and residencies in Italy, Belorussia, Estonia, Lithuania, Norway, India and Belgium.

Grants and awards: grant from Boris and Inara Teterev Foundation in 2012, “Brederlo von Sengbusch Art Award” in 2014, “SEB scholarship in painting” in 2016.
