Reet Heinla

Reet Heinla (born on August 27, 1952, in Tallinn) is an Estonian artist specializing in oil paintings. Heinla began painting in 2005, attending various courses to learn watercolor, pastel, and oil painting techniques. Since 2009, she has remained dedicated to oil paints, finding them the best medium for self-expression. She studied oil painting at the Tartu Folk High School and, since 2014, has been an active participant in the art studio “Suvi” under the guidance of artist Robert Suvi.
Over the years, Heinla has held several solo exhibitions across Estonia, including in Valga County, Pärnu, Tartu, and Tallinn. She has also participated in exhibitions with the art studio “Suvi” both domestically and internationally. Her works often reflect romantic and fairy-tale themes, aligning well with various seasons and moods.
