Lumi Vuorilehto (b.2002) is a Finnish visual artist who makes large-scale oil paintings appreciating nature and its beauty. Her work tells stories of peaceful landscapes, windy evenings, tree growth and dim moonlight. Having grown up in Finland and England, the natural environments of both countries are shown and central in her work. In her recent works she has explored themes of belonging, psychological intimacy, and oblivion. Her paintings employ a saturated yet restrained palette, using monochromatic depth to create an immersive emotional atmosphere. She is a spring 2026 graduate from Turku Arts Academy, who has had her work exhibited in Finland and England in solo and group exhibitions.
