Laura Talvet
Laura Talvet (b. 1981) is an artist living and working in Tallinn. She graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of the Estonian Academy of Arts with a BA in painting (2019) and has participated in several group exhibitions in Estonia. Talvet was awarded the Young Artist Award of the Estonian Academy of Fine Arts for her installation "To look at the sea is to become the sea" (2019, supervisor: Mihkel Ilus). She is currently working as a freelance artist, whose main creative fields are painting, mixed media and photography.
