Kalli Kalde

Kalli Kalde (born 1967) is a painter and printmaker. She graduated from Tartu Art School in 1986 and thereafter continued her studies at the Tallinn Pedagogical Institute, graduating as a teacher of arts and crafts in 1991. Since this year she works as a teacher of drawing and graphic arts at Tartu Art School (during 2001-2010 she also acted as a lecturer in the field of printmaking).
Kalli Kalde has participated in exhibitions since 1988. She is a member of the Association of Estonian Printmakers and Estonian Artists´ Association. As an artist, it´s important to her that her paintings are visually enchanting and create new associations for the viewer.
