Elisa Margot Winters

Artist's country of origin: Estonia

Elisa Margot Winters (2000) studied painting at the Estonian Academy of Arts. She has also furthered her studies in painting at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain and Arts University Plymouth in England. In her paintings and monumental paintings, Winters inspects alchemy, its cryptic codes, and its similarity to painting. Through alchemy she finds new ways to express, transform, and purify her soul. She has had multiple solo shows in Tallinn and participated in various group shows in Estonia and Austria. She is a member of the Estonian Young Contemporary Art Association.
