Varvara Vasilyeva's personal exhibition

Varvara is a self-taught painter from St. Petersburg, a lover of classical art. At the beginning of her career, inspired by the masters of painting: Vrubel, Munch, Rembrandt, Chagall, she copied the favorite works of great artists, gradually finding her own visual language and style. The exhibition features a series of portraits, in which the artist broadcasts the perception of the characters’ world . With specific facial features and compositional details, Varvara conveys the character’s universal mood in such a way that the viewer can feel themselves in the scene.
