Dramaturgy of Landscape. Act 2

Art history has proved that landscape can include  the widest  range of  moods and emotions. Nowadays  nature  is artist’s  source of inspiration as well, but it is more than that: it is an interlocuter to the artist on the eternal issues of „what am I?.. where do I go?…” or perhaps just a mere impression,a grasp of a moment, but, anyway, it will include a message. Act 1 of the „Dramaturgy of Landscape” in the gallery „Daugava” took place in July. Act 2 will start on August 3 and include the artworks of Andris Eglītis, Līga Purmale, Dace Lielā, Frančeska Kirke, Maija Tabaka, Aleksejs Naumovs and Aija Zariņa.
