I am a student at Vilnius academy of art, the start of my academic career from 2018 to 2020 I was studying photography and media arts, from 2020 to currently I have finished my studies in jewelry and metal art. Throughout my studies and work experiences, I have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the history and cultural significance of jewelry. I am constantly experimenting with new materials and techniques, pushing the boundaries of what is traditionally considered “jewelry.” My designs incorporate unexpected materials, such as found objects, repurposed materials, and non-traditional metals. I am greatly interested in curating different experiences for people to experience jewelry in many ways. Creating interdisciplinary art has always been my main focus and goal, I am moving towards it by expanding my multimedia skills. I am an eager person, who is not afraid to experiment and expand mediality in any way I can. I have participated in contemporary jewelry performance ŽIEDAVIMAS/RINGING II was presented at Contemporary art festival VIRUS. Recently my photography series called “tacenda” was presented at Contemporary media arts festival ENTER.
