Gabriele Monginaite (b. 1996) is a Lithuanian visual artist who earned her BA in Graphic Design from the Vilnius Academy of Arts in 2018. Following her undergraduate studies, she developed an interest in moving images and animation. This led her to pursue an MA in Photography, Animation, and Media Arts at the same institution from 2021 to 2023. Her works explore the intricate dynamics between humans and shared landscapes, as well as the complexities of social structures and cultural distinctions. In 2022, she participated in the KUNO Workshop: Nida Equinox and Media E(q)cology School, along with various other seminars, including “360° Moving Image,” “Philosophical Film-Criticism and/as Philosophy of Love”, “Moving Image Territories.”
