The painting was created as the author´s Master´s project at the University of Tartu (supervised by Rauno Thomas Moss). To Understand is to Know is part of the series Conversations with Offspring, that focuses – in short – on the psychology of a small child. The artwork has been exhibited in various shows in Tartu and Tallinn: in the author´s personal exhibition at Draakon gallery, the Spring Exhibition at Tallinn Art Hall, Tartu Art House, etc.
