This work is part of the series AttRibuTes, in which I paint everyday objects I carried with me when I left home in 2022. These are not depicted as still life, but as personal evidence — things chosen, often instinctively, in a moment when there was no time to decide what truly mattered. The idea came directly from that experience of leaving Kyiv: realizing that the objects I packed were no longer just belongings, but residues of urgency — small, ordinary things that suddenly carried the full weight of a life left behind. AttRibuTes was my first attempt to give these objects a language of their own, before this inquiry grew into the larger, ongoing project Museum of Nomad.
