HUNGRY EYES is a contemporary illustration gallery, art-shop, and risograph press located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The gallery showcases the work of local and international artists who work in a range of media, including illustration, urban-art, printmaking, and graphic design.
The risograph press at Hungry Eyes is used to produce limited-edition prints, zines, and other publications. Riso printing is a unique printing process that produces prints using soy-based ink and a stencil-like printing technique.
Hungry Eyes is currently located in two locations in the city and hosts regular exhibitions and events, including book launches, artist talks, and workshops as well runs illustration podcast and co-working space in Vilnius Railway station.
The gallery's mission is to support the artists working in fields of illustration and self-publishing and to promote the art of illustration and printmaking in Baltics and beyond.
