The gallery is located in the middle of the small village of Östra Karup right next to the E 6 where Skåne merges into Halland. The gallery started in 1998 when the old mill building was rebuilt into an exhibition hall. Since its inception, the gallery has shown a mix of well-established and newly trained artists.
At the beginning of spring, according to tradition, an exhibition is shown in collaboration with Malmö Academy of Art. During the year, the gallery shows a number of larger and smaller exhibitions. Every space on the farm has been taken advantage of and thanks to that it is possible to let many artists show their works at the same time. In the garden, sculptures are displayed in the gallery's green room.
