Riga Photomonth is an international art & photography festival that takes place in the capital of Latvia since 2014. Riga Photomonth tries to respond to current events that affect us locally and globally, and explores new ways to talk about photography. The festival’s public programme includes exhibitions, performances, public art activities, artist talks, discussions and screenings.
The festival will run from May 23 until June 22, 2022. We expect to announce the programme in late April.
Riga Photomonth is organized by the association Riga Photomonth in collaboration with FK Magazine and other partners. Riga Photomonth 2022 is kindly supported by the State Culture Capital Foundation and others. Since 2015 the festival director is Arnis Balčus.
