In the art museum, you can experience the impressiveness of sculptor, professor Yrjö Liipola’s large monumental sculptures and the sensitivity of his miniature statues. The portraits prove the versatility of the sculptor’s art. The artefacts of the artist’s home reflect Liipola’s personal image and the 30 years he lived in Hungary.
In the museum, you can also admire the versatile production of the Koske-born artist, professor Olavi Hurmerinna, from paintings to numerous caricatures, and the paintings, sculptures and woodwork of the Koske artist Martti Vainio.
The gallery space has several changing exhibitions every year.
