From Dec 7 the masterpieces of Hungarian naivism will be on show in Rakvere Gallery, opening on 7 December at 5pm. The exhibition titled 'Wildly and Passionately - Hungarian Art Brut' features works by János Balázs, János Czene, Ferenc Csordás, János Gajdos, Dezső Mokry-Mészáros, Teréz Orsós, Imre Őrsi and András Süli.
As a continuation to the large exhibition ‘Wild Flowers of Hungarian Naivism’ in 2011-2012 at the Kondas Centre and the Pärnu Museum of New Art, this time you can discover a new palette of Hungarian naivism. The curator of the exhibition, which is based on the museum’s collection, is Ágnes Kalmár, chief museologist and art historian.
