Linnea Rygaard’s paintings consist of painterly spatialities and labyrinth-like compositions created with great contrasts, the effect of depth and where the scale is fluid. The paintings relate to architecture and the room itself is central.
Alexander Tallén has for several years created sculptures that bring to mind classic figurines. His views of the contemporary are presented in light-painted, clear and porcelain-glossy surfaces. A format and craft with several historical connections but where the motifs often reflect a superficial and searching contemporary person.
