Artist describes: “Amplu.aa – field of operation, amplitude. The aim of the exhibition’s is to get to the position, where I can see what are those trained skills that I can produce with different mediums on different surfaces. Exhibition work covers all the styles from minimalistic drawings to expressive paintings, but they are all close-knit with the same colour or similar idea. I also wanted to test myself with not spending more than six hours on each work. At the moment, the works on display are sketches, but are displayed on polished surfaces.”
Many of the artwork exhibited at “Ampluaa” exhibition are expressive, colourful and versatile. The work depict mostly female figures in different stages of the creative process and that vary in technique, from pencil drawings to graffiti.
