With a focus on the vulnerable person, Maria works experimentally and searchingly. The process is important and always just as exciting. She mainly uses drawing and art graphic methods to investigate and express herself.
Printmaking process
Her visual world can sometimes be dreamy and fairytale-like but also quite dark with strong and sensitive images. Through art, she wants to make people stop and step into another reality for a moment. Maria wants to arouse thoughts in the viewer, create dialogue and open up new perspectives.
